  • Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied. So satisfied that you recommend us to your friends and family.
  • If you are not totally satisfied with your treatment, talk to us, tell us why and we will use the opportunity to exceed your expectations. You deserve only the best.
  • Please remember that our treatments are medical treatments. There are no hard or fast rules with any medical treatment. Results and client experience may differ. We do know what to expect as a rule. Should you or we feel you have not seen sufficient results after the recommended number of treatments, we will review your treatment history and you’ll receive at least one FREE treatment.
  • Results are not guaranteed and are dependent on lifestyle, skin type, previous treatments & procedures, full disclosure of any medical or other conditions, allergies, adherence to pre-treatment recommendations, strict adherence to post treatment protocols.
  • This Refund Policy regulates the conditions and circumstances under which refunds could be approved.
  • It also explains the process you need to follow to properly request a refund as well as the type of refund and refund value.
  • You are only entitled to a refund under the conditions that are expressly provided for in this Treatment Refund Policy.

    Your right to a treatment refund

  • Treatments refers to Slimming, Skin care and Laser hair removal treatments, unless otherwise specified.
  • If you have paid for a treatment or course of treatments and you do not wish to continue treatments for any reason. You may choose to use the remainder of your funds (as store credit) towards other treatments or even for the same treatment but different areas.
  • If your original purchase was discounted or was a special promotion, then the store credit can only be used towards a new promotion or discounted treatment.
  • If you are not totally satisfied with your treatment, talk to our clinic manager, let her know your reasons within 48 hours.
  • We will then review your refund request specifically considering the treatment results achieved.
  • If the refund request is approved, we will refund you by providing a store credit equal to the value of the outstanding treatments.
  • The refunded store credit is calculated as follows: Amount paid by you less redeemed treatments at full retail price and less any products purchased as part of the treatment course.
  • Using the store credit towards different treatments or product purchases is first prize for us, but if you would prefer a monetary refund then you need to follow the monetary refund procedure described below.
  • If a client requests a monetary refund, and the monetary refund is approved, there will be a 20% admin fee applied. 

    Refund procedure to be followed for monetary refunds

    Email your monetary refund request to info@liposlim3in1.co.za and include the following in your email:
  • Your personal details,
  • The reason for requesting the monetary refund,
  • Attach an explanation and picture/s supporting your request.
  • Your monetary refund request will then be reviewed specifically considering treatment results achieved. The review process may include discussions with you and your therapist to determine the impact of previous treatments & procedures, any relevant medical or other conditions and its disclosure, adherence to pre-treatment recommendations, analysis and treatment frequency recommendations, post treatment care and protocols, etc. Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to decline any monetary refund request should the reasons and explanation provided not meet the relevant criteria. Within 14 (fourteen) working days of the refund having been approved by Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd, the money will be refunded.
