Return and Refund Policy

    Overview

  • Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied. So satisfied that you recommend us to your friends and family.
  • If you are not totally satisfied with your products, talk to us, tell us why and we will use the opportunity to exceed your expectations. You deserve only the best.
  • This Returns Policy regulates the conditions and circumstances in which goods will be accepted for return and refund.
  • It also explains the process you need to follow to properly cancel a purchase, report a defect and/or arrange for a return.
  • You are only entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under the conditions that are expressly provided for in this Refund Policy.

    Your right to return non-defective products

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after receiving the product, you may return it to Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd at your cost within 7 (seven) days of receipt.
  • We will provide you with a store credit for the full purchase amount in accordance with the return procedure set out below.
  • Non-defective products, that are returned, need to be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original, intact, and undamaged packaging without the seal broken in any way.
  • Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd reserves the right to decline any return request should the product / goods not be in the same condition as delivered (e.g. if the goods have been opened, used, damaged by the customer).

    Your right to return defective products

  • Subject to the provisions of the section above, goods may be returned only when defective, damaged, expired or if the goods supplied are not the same as originally ordered. All such goods will generally be referred to as “defective”.
  • Such defective goods may be returned to Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd within 1 (one) month of delivery, without penalty, in accordance with the return procedure set out below.
  • We will refund (monetary), exchange, or provide a store credit to you in full. For a product to be deemed defective you will need to provide the reason for the return, and include an explanation of the alleged defect, together with pictures as proof.
  • You must report any defect in the product as soon as it is discovered. In cases where the return is because of the incorrect product being delivered on the part of Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd, this must be reported within 48 (forty-eight) hours after delivery.
  • If all the return conditions have been met and the return has been approved by Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd, Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd will notify you and arrange for our couriers to collect the defective item from you at our cost.

    Returns procedure to be followed

  • Email your returns request to [email protected] and include the following in your email: Your personal details,
  • The reason for requesting the return, Attach a picture/s showing the original, intact, and undamaged packaging (in the case of returning non-defective products) or defective product/s,
  • Specify how you would like to be refunded in the case of defective products.

    Collection:

  • Our courier or we will arrange with you to collect your returned product from the address you supplied within 14 (fourteen) days,
  • Where non-defective products are being returned, you are accountable for the return courier fee.
  • On collection of the product, our courier will pack the returned product into a box to protect the items you are returning.

    Refund:

  • Within 14 (fourteen) working days of the refund for the returned product having been approved by Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd, the money will be refunded, unless you have specified that you would like store credit a replacement product.
  • Where non-defective products are being returned, you will receive a store credit.

    General provisions

  • When all the Returns Policy conditions have been met, your agreement of purchase will be deemed to have been cancelled on the date that the returned items are received by Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd.
  • A failure to comply with the returns procedure will automatically result in any refund being declined.
  • All returns are subject to final authorisation and confirmation by Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd, and all returns must be pre-approved by Beautitudo (PTY) Ltd.
  • It should be appreciated that the provisions of this Returns Policy pertain to matters of pure financial loss. These provisions are not intended to govern any claim of harm caused to the person, allegedly because of applying any of our products.
  • Such matters are to be addressed directly to our Legal Counsel.
  • Nothing in this Returns Policy or the Terms of Service in general, in any way limits your rights in terms of Sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act or Section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (where applicable).
